The NHL Winter Classic® is one of the greatest spectacles in all of sports. A true bucket list event. A New Year's tradition, where one city is awarded this event that honors hockey's outdoor origins in an awe-inspiring setting reimagined and transformed for the NHL. It's a party to ring in the new year and welcoming to all audiences.
The first special game of 2024 conveniently landed itself in the home of the new roster Seattle Kraken. The Seattle Kraken will take on the Vegas Golden Knights - in a battle between the two most recent NHL expansion franchises.
The objective of this event was to play with the contrasts of the city of Seattle. Including the sea, the skyline full of technology, and the unique mountains.
Also, the mythological animal and face of the host team present, The Kraken. The iconic Seattle Kraken anchor is confidently featured at the brand's base, honoring the ships of Seattle's shoreline.
